OK, I would like to list several questions about trumpet playing in this part of the world. I know that you guys do not have all the opportunities to test all the trumpets/mouthpieces etc.. as we do in the US and other countries. I would like answers and in turn, if you have any questions regarding trumpet playing in the West, I would be happy to answer them. So, here goes:

1. Are there good trumpets available in RU/UA and how much do they cost?

2. How easy is it to get one?

3. Is being a professional player/teacher a good paying job? (In the US, the minimum charge for a 1/2 hr. lesson is $15)

4. Mouthpieces, can you get them and what kinds?

1.In Russia good trumpets costs much more than in US. Some friends of mine buy trumpets only in America. Because it's more chipper than in Russia.
2.No problem. If you have a money.
3.I payed $20 for 1 hour.
4.Earlier, I used Shilke 20 D 2D. Now, it's a vincent bach 2 1/2C
